Dr. Debi O'Keefe, DVM DACVIM (Oncology), is a Co-Medical Director in Windsor.
Dr. Debi O'Keefe
Dr. O’Keefe is board-certified in both Oncology and Internal Medicine. She received her veterinary degree from the University of California in 1983. She then completed an internship at the University of Minnesota followed by a 3 year internal medicine residency at the Ohio State University. She became board-certified in veterinary internal medicine in 1987 and in veterinary oncology in 1988. She spent 16 years in Michigan, where she helped develop both the medical and radiation oncology programs. She is the director of the Oncology program and oversees both the medical and radiation oncology services. Her main goal is to help pets with cancer enjoy a good quality of life for as long as possible.
When not working, Dr. O’Keefe enjoys training and competing in agility with her Australian Shepherds, Tucker and Darby. She also enjoys skiing, biking, gardening and hiking. Dr. O’Keefe is married and has 2 grown children.
